That's mostly gang culture. Young black males in gangs killing each other, selling drugs. Before the drug boom in the 80's you didn't have high murder rates.

There's a lot of rural towns in the south that's full of blacks...you get no murders. Gangs and drugs aren't big issues in small towns.

When you use broad numbers you denigrate your argument.

And it has to do with poverty if we are being objective. The more people have at stake in the game the less likely they are to risk it. Poor people have less at stake until they take steps to move up. Keeping poor people poor and providing a means for them to stay comfortably poor (food stamps, section 8, free cell phones, monthly cash allotment, child tax credits, {free broadband in the future?}) and providing boons for the poor with every child essentially assures high birth rates.

You want to look at the culprit...look at the government who supplies the teat. Not the ones suckling it.

Because certain cultures of blacks commit violent crimes at a higher rate than other races. However, less than 4% of black people commit crimes and much less than that commit violent crimes. That means more than 96% of black people do not commit crimes. Myth of violent culture gonna myth.

Certain cultures of whites smoke meth. However, meth is far from "the white culture."
