It depends on if character matters in your job. If you show a complete lack of character and human decency, there are numerous jobs you shouldn’t be employed in. Additionally, if your job is publicly funded, you shouldn’t be expected to cheer on an attack on democratic freedom and be paid by the taxpayers.

I didn't need a summation. Not surprising you didn't figure that out though.

That ain’t who y’all referring to in this thread though… the ones who got y’all panties in a bunch are the ones who have none for Kirk…

The bad thing about these idiots is they probably didn't know who Kirk really was, they're just following the leader of the ones that hate him on social media.

And now they're out of a job. I have no sympathy for them.

this y’all line of thinking…” if you disagree with Kirk you must hate him and glad he dead”… it’s ridiculous

But I'm pointing out the hypocrisy of our side that shamed their side. Also, let their employers wash that out. Work and outside life should be separated. Some and most ppl don't bring that stuff to their jobs and/or imperial with their judgements on the job. But this is mostly about hypocrisy.

You think this is about hypocrisy because you don’t know what “cancel culture” is, and you don’t understand the criticism.

The left is using “cancel culture” to shame and attack people for sincerely held political beliefs and/or personal choices that generally have no negative effect on others. Perfect example is the decision not to take the Covid vaccine.

Meanwhile, Charlie Kirk was murdered for having fairly basic political views. Hundreds of thousands of leftists are not only celebrating his death, but calling for the death of anyone who thinks like him. You can’t have a professor at Southern who is literally advocating the murder of her own students. You can’t have nurses advocating the murder of their patients.

And the fact that you can’t (or don’t want to) see the difference is quite disturbing.

Simply saying Kirk said things that divide the country or you don’t agree with his message is enough for some MAGA to say you are “celebrating” his death. It is acceptable to disagree with someone, that doesn’t mean you wish him to be assassinated. Any rational person does not want political violence.

This is just attempts to stop dissenting views.

You do know I am a huge Charlie fan from the early days of Timcast. I am a proud Republican and Catholic.

I don't support hypocrisy.

Est: yes confusing because I am a Catholic

Publically celebrating an assassination has always been a fireable offense.

Seems only leftists and retards can't understand the difference. Forgive my redundancy.

But there is.. we shamed and shtt on the other side for cancel culture.

Now we are using the same tactics.

Plus the employer will wash those shtt stains out.

Just don't be hypocrite to the best of your ability.
