So apparently one of my coworkers is a repeat sex offender

Just found this out today. He raped a 13 year old a while back, did a 3 year prison stint for it. That wasn't his first offense, he also had several offenses before this ranging from attempted sexual assault to exposing himself.
A bunch of us at work didn't like him to begin with(always got weird vibes from him) and now we found this out we are trying to get him fired.
Has anyone on the OT dealt with one of these scumbags before?

He must know someone. We all had to do checks before hire.
