Adblock doesnt have anything to do with what Im talking about. These devices can track the unique address on your cell phone as long as it it turned on, even if your bluetooth and location services are turned off.
Its used for travel time studies and Origin Destination studies. It tracks people as they drive around. Everytime you pass by one of the devices it records it and matches the address with a previous hit.

So at what point is it ok to say that this is an overreaction?
Right now when someone says we are overreacting they get blasted by people saying they are ignoring the numbers.
