I completely agree. Hayes has kids too and may be a decent guy.

I think it's insane what we have become with this "unload the magazine" crap. One or two good shots and then stop, unless they are drawn down on you, then you do what it takes to stop them completely, if that means unloading, then so be it.

I read that he is the sole support of a young son. Four kids without a father right now...one dead (and an injured mother in the hospital) and one who may never come home over a hit and run fender bender. Whatever the real story is about this case, it will never make sense to me. Its incredibly sad and tragic. There's no good ending to this story.
