Looking for a cheap smartwatch to use for running etc. I have settled on the LG G Watch ($90 on Amazon). Any one else use it? Can you give a quick yay or nay? TIA

If you don't mind used, shop ebay, message board classifieds, etc.. I just picked up a Garmin 910xt along with a bike computer for $230. If you remove the computer, I got that watch for ~$110 and it's more watch than you would probably need for just running. I know you can pick up the lower end Garmin Forerunner models for under $100. And no need to lug a cell phone around as the watch can capture anything you need to know about your run. I hate carrying my huge phone.

I know nothing about these things

Never saw a purpose for one when your phone is in your pocket or within arm's reach 99.9% of the time.
