Pro tip: Instead of tapping the brakes, do a quick on/off with your e-flashers.
It has the same effect on the numbnuts, but you don't lose any momentum.

Turn left on red arrows when nobody is coming. Will even turn from the non-turn lane in front of a line of dumbasses waiting for the red arrow to go away. Red arrows are retarded.

After pressing the keycard to activate the gate to my apartment complex, I sit right there and wait until the gate is mostly open, rather than continually edge up to it. Drives people nuts.

I under pay speeding & red light tickets by $0.37. I get a thrill watching their computer systems spend $50 in past due notices.
PS...If you do not draft for cable, water, electricity, etc. over pay your bill by just a few cents. It drives their automated systems NUTS.
