Slowing down in the middle lane to get over

You wouldn't think this happens a lot, however once or twice a week some dipstick slows down to 5 mph in the middle lane of Vets (40mph) to get over.
Today some MF upped the ante. A driver in the right lane slowed or stopped, an old dude in middle lane slowed to a crawl, and I'm doing the speed limit in the left lane , driver guns it and I have to swerve into the uturn lane to miss them. Unbelievable.
TL/DR. If you don't know where the f you are going stick to the right lane.

People should have to renew their driver's license, full test and all, every ten years

I agree 100% full written and driven every ten years. Driving test must contain highway driving and three types of parking.

Tip for local drivers: if the U-turn lane is directly across 3 lanes of heavy traffic from you, remember that's not the only U-turn lane in the city. There will be another about a quarter mile up, giving you time to merge over like a person who's driven before.

We need to make it harder to get a DL. More training, more learning, and harder driving tests.

I'm pretty sure I drove on a two-lane highway, into some neighborhood, and then back into the lot I came from via a back entrance from the neighborhood. An 8 year old could pass that test, outside of the parallel parking.

No one has anywhere to be except those arseholes. They are the most important people on the planet and all other drivers need to be inconvenienced so they can get to where they are going faster.
I love the people who wait until last minute to either get off interstate or on. Then merge no matter if they have room or not.
