Not the same. Trump was President and a public figure. Guarantee you if she knows about this shirt, she's probably already hired an attorney and if Barstool fails to cease and desist, she will get a nice settlement or prevail in court. He cannot legally use her image and likeness on those shirts. I am 100% sure he knows this and did it anyway to troll her and her supporters, which is awesome.

One of these is paid for with taxpayer money. The other is a private message board that nobody is forced to join. They are not the same and no amount of skyscreaming is going to change that.
