Yep, we'd hang out at the Frisbee Golf Course and Cypress Lake. No one got arrested or cited, they'd just break us up and go on their way. People were much less uptight about that stuff back then, it was just something kids do.

Cruising comprised the majority of time. We'd run through the Bottoms to see if we could get in trouble.

Our weekend nights were spent burning up the roads between Exxon on North market and Taco Bell on airline drive.

I lived in Shreveport from 2000-05.

Superior and some Banana club downtown is the places we hung out at besides the boats.

My buddy's and I were talking about partying at the corn fields the other day. In like 1999 or so, a couple of guys discovered that you could go just South of town on HWY 1 and turn off on one of the turn rows that led way back in one of those corn fields. When they had corn in them it was totally hidden from the road.

The first weekend was 3 or 4 guys, the second weekend it turned into 8 or so couples and within 3 weeks some kids from Capt. Shreve found out and it turned into an innergalatic kegger. A couple fights broke out... good times.

I remember the Buzz. They used to say on the air "we are your parent's worst nightmare besides finding out your son is gay".

Good stuff! Don't forget the Don Drive-in in Bossier, where the mall is now.

I remember the night in 79 when the big tornado took it out. Had an aunt that lived in the apartments next to it on the bottom floor, top floor was gone
