A steak should never be cooked above medium rare you pretentious a-hole. Also you ordered an 8 ounce steak so you either ordered a sirloin (cheap arse) or you had them ruin a filet. You shouldn't comment on other people not knowing shite because you wear fricking penny loafers and a sweater.

You are one of the reasons I left Dallas. A bunch of assholes who think their shite don't stink. The waitress was simply trying to make you feel important when deep down she knew you were a total fricking toolbox.
By the way, your Yelp review was 100% made up. There is not a single douchebag in the world that would treat a hardworking single mother this way. If anything, you should have given her a nice tip for the Christmas Spirit.
