The “rent friends” crowd provides great amusement with every post. You may have thought you were too cool, had a misconception, or just didn’t get accepted by the Greek system. And you could not be more wrong in your perception of Greek life members.
From our blue collar working family, there were/are eight in the Greek system. Almost all the friendships made were with those who were/are raised the same way. Lifelong friendships. Just Normal college students making their way thru the best four years of life to this point.
Hopefully, FKing’s overreach and self guided interests don’t do too much damage.

This. All this. Back to my first point, they just need to grow the frick up. Honestly I am fricking embarrassed that my alma mater admitted this fricktard that wrote this petition. Dude can’t even write a letter to the president of the university without all kinds of grammatical errors. Not to mention the pure stupidity of the content of the letter.

Counter-proposal, I would sign a petition asking the current greeks to grow the frick up and take of their own shite.
I was greek at LSU. I'm not saying everything we did was legit, but based on the recent incidents the fraternities have turned into even huge-er disasters than they were during my time.
The way you get privileges back is by being a responsible adult; not whining on a message board.

They banned hazing in the 80's when they killed that kid on Nicholson. Has the hazing ban been lifted? If it has not, then the majority of Greeks need to be upset with those who continually break the rules.
They mess things up for others and need to be booted out on their asses. What is so hard to understand about not harming others?
