If it's really a cyst, try to resist the urge to Pop it.
If it pops, there will be an intense inflammatory reaction around it. You may or may not notice the inflammation, but it will make removal much more difficult. go see a general surgeon this week and have him/her remove it in the office.

Did you hit your forearm on anything the last few weeks? Also can you take this thing in your forearm and move the whole thing around like its a ball under the skin or is it stuck in one place.

I had one center of my back that I ignored until it became angry 2 days before I went overseas. There wasn't time to see my Dr. So went to Walgreens, got a pack of razors. Had my wife lance it and squeeze the F out of it. Put a bandaid on it and I was fine.
