Hell no. I am in an assisted living facility. If I outlive my long term care insurance, my backup plan is to rob a bank.

No it's not. Most of that money is budgeted annually regardless of who is in that prison bed. The
healthcare for them in La. comes from the teaching hospitals that have budgets with money that will be spent regardless of which inmates are in that prison bed.
