Yeah, because studies show that if you shelter kids from other kids, they'll be highly functioning adults in their social life

What do the studies say?

Are we saying that most kids that attend normal schools become “highly functioning adults in their social life?”

It’s good for kids to play with other kids. Why we’ve taken that common sense principle and used it to assume that it’s good for them to sit for 8 hours a day in an unnaturally stifled environment with children of their own age is a mystery to me.
The answer to the mystery, the motivation for the assumption, lies in something other than the good of the children, if you ask me.

No motherfricker, there's a robot principal who is programmed with algorithms to determine the fate of unruly students based on their actions.

It used to be a good place for socialization. But in order to keep up with increasing requirements, the free time kids used to have to socialize has dwindled to next to nothing. Recess is almost non existent. Lunch is so short a lot of kids don't have time to eat once they get their food and some places have "silent" lunch as a matter of routine or means of punishment. We wonder why kids are all on Adderall and frustrated beyond previous generations. Kids are better socialized outside of school these days.

I don’t disagree with you, but I think people in general are less social than previous generations. Look at sports participation in children, it’s gone down every year for multiple years.
