Exactly. Like every single corrupt shitty politician from south Louisiana that has held us back for decades.

It's why Disney World isn't on the north shore, Tiger Woods won't play golf at the Zurich, why Ruston and Pass Christian can attract a Buccees, why Lake Charles is dying and Houston is booming.

Thank goodness North Louisiana product Cade Brumley took over education and didn't bow to the dumbass sloth from Amite during the pandemic and our kids are actually improving drastically in reading comprehension for the first time in forever we were in the news for a positive educational update.

Then you have fricking clowns in here saying "yeah but don't worry we'll play the smaller schools in college sports" lol fricking idiots. That's how you end up with Teedy and Sharon Weston Broome running your cities.

Let them die. I've watched LA try to "fix" stuff for three decades, and it's never going to change. What could possibly fix places like Jonesboro? All we need is a new college/health center/interstate/call center, and it'll all turn around, baw!

You sound like a communist-the state buys land and gives it to people?

What farm land in La is underutilized?

Why do you think all South Africans are farmers?

Do you know how much capital it would require to start a farming operation from scratch?

A little too much coffee this morning?

Not that I disagree with your sentiment, but Disney was never coming to the NS.

The reason texas is so liberal is because all the Louisianans who can’t find a job in Louisiana move there
Lol yeah that's it.

Austin is so liberal because of all the people from Louisiana that moved there from the pandemic, for sure isn't the massive migration of Californians.

The Hispanics that just became the dominant ethnicity in Texas - all from
Louisiana.

The massive amount of Indians in DFW now- all from Louisiana.

The new Muslim EPIC city in Josephine will be comprised of all of those well known Louisiana Muslims.

You can blame New Orleans for the ghetto spike in Houston post 2005 and you'd have a claim, slightly, but Jasmine Crockett is from Missouri. Shelia Jackson Lee was from New York.

Poor, powerless people talk. Not my fault you are poor and powerless. Thats on you. And thinking a couple of hundred South Africans is going to move the needle for Louisiana means you also arent very bright. You have several things working against you.

But it cant hurt, anything to expand the gene pool in Louisiana would be a step in the right direction.

So you'd prefer we do nothing? Jonesboro/Hodge has the Westrock plant that is an exact example of how attracting businesses is possible in Louisiana.

And frankly what's so bad about Jonesboro? If the education was improved by more funding from new revenue streams then that's a badass little area that's beautiful with amazing fishing and hunting.

I mean you won't get mugged and murdered like in New Orleans but some people prefer land, space and peace and quite.

Never said that even once. I said should we try to incentivize them to move here. I do think there should be an investigation into Bill Gates and his crimes against humanity and he's the largest farm land owner in the state. That and any and all Communist owned Chinese farmland. China should own exact 0 acres in Louisiana.

quote:

What farm land in La is underutilized?
The entire red river and Mississippi River delta and the triable from Opelousas-Lake Charles and Lafayette.

Temperate, warm climates with plenty of fresh water access and all have major access roads, I-49, I-10 and I-20.

You've never driven those areas and seen the massive amount of fertile, beautiful ground and incredibly underfunded poor cities that are withering away?

quote:

Why do you think all South Africans are farmers?
The ones you would want to attract. I know some of them aren't farmers like the ones that build fricking space rockets that can catch themselves but yeah we're too good for those types in Rayville and Ferriday right?

quote:

Do you know how much capital it would require to start a farming operation from scratch?
Bruh you are something else.

How do you think they're settling in Alabama and the Midwest and starting operations? You are aware that they have resources and capital they're coming with right? They're not showing up and sleeping on street corners.

Nothing wrong with it, but you have to prioritize where you spend money.

more funding

Because money always fixes everything.

some people prefer land, space and peace and quite.

Then you have to deal with the disadvantages of where you choose to live, and stop begging people that don't live there, or even drive through there, to subsidize your choices.

Calm down you twat. I never said it’s a bad thing. Youre the one who said they’d be an immediate boost to the economy. I asked how so. It’s a legit question.

Benton literally just produced the speaker of the house. Shreveport and Bossier are brimming with potential and should be poised for extreme growth under the right leadership. There is zero reason it can't have the same growth as Tyler or Longview but defeatist pussies like you obviously don't help the cause but it's always good to get rid of the cancers that always bitch snd moan. But the high property taxes in Texas and ever growing liberal population is going to push people out. If we could eliminate state income tax like Mississippi then Louisiana could become a destination state like Tennessee.

Poor, powerless people talk. Not my fault you are poor and powerless. Thats on you. And thinking a couple of hundred South Africans is going to move the needle for Louisiana means you also arent very bright. You have several things working against you.
Umm aren't you talking to me right now? Lol are you poor and powerless too there slick?

I'm not very bright? Hey bud has Louisiana lost or gained people since 2020?

Is it good for a state of Louisianas size and populous age to lose or gain people?

My favorite thing in the world are the people living in New Orleans criticizing the rest of the state like it isn't a piss-smelling, shite hole that's one of the worst crime ridden cities in the world is hilarious.

Yeah we shouldn't invest in areas brimming with potential like Bossier, Monroe, Lafayette and Lake Charles. We should do more stuff like this- brought to you by the brilliant leadership of New Orleans, murder capital of the country that cost the state 7.2 million dollars

7.2 million dollars

The south might not be a good started spot for these folks.

At this point and honestly it should’ve been far earlier, they have to fight a war or give up and die. I’m sure they could get funds donated for supplies.
