There are guidelines for the heat index, and what is permissible whether it be shedding equipment or not practicing at all.

I am under 21, if that means anything on this site, and maybe it was the way I was raised or how the coaches that most influenced my athletic career (not a "career" but like most people just the typical high school athletic scene) I would do anything to go back and do two-a-days in 105 degree heat. With hydration, rest, and coaches not just being beyond crazy, practicing in that type of weather not only brought us together as a team, but I would not have it any other way.

Just from the comments, im sorry OP I know you did not mean for it to turn into some political discussion and you are not some SJW, but I am an undergrad, and you truly never realize until you quit playing competitive sports, how much you miss it.
