Yes. Except in areas such as financing, taxes, student loans, and investments. Least imo

None of the above will ever happen.

The companies do not want students to know how to avoid debt.

Juniors and Seniors in High School should learn how to balance a checkbook. Calculate interest and know what compound interest is.

Should learn the concept of Supply and Demand and productive inputs. Should understand how the Government gets its money and what it does with the money it collects. Why there is no such thing as a Free Lunch in everyday living. How prices of goods are calculated and how Supply and demand affects the price. Should learn how unemployment is defined and how the economy expands and contracts.

I haven't had to balance a checkbook in 20 years. Online banking has eliminated the need for this.
