thought BRPD had some hi-tech, fancy cameras that could pinpoint shooting activity and the # of shots fired?

Quick someone call mayor president , she'll know what to do
All she will do is ask for ideas from the public just like she did with the garbage pick up problem a few weeks back.

They're called Shot Spotters and they're not everywhere and can only give you a general vicinity, not an exact location.

Nah, he ain't worried as long as food is still being served. Now, don't be surprised if he shows up to "investigate" and accepts the complimentary cheese tots.

They do, just not in that area. Believe it or not, the sonic by BRCC isn't exactly a hot bed of criminal activity.

I was joking when I said "its on government street" when someone asked "Why cant we have anything nice". North of Florida is where the heavy crime starts, but I would think that since that sonic is so close to BRCC, there would be more safety precautions taken in that area.

The shooting was between two employees, you can't really make anything safer to avoid incidents like that

Geez, who does a shooting that early in the morning?

It was so poorly publicized that hardly anyone showed up, despite the fact the Baton Rouge has litter EVERYWHERE.
Great job Sharon! Keep up the good work! LOL
