Timeline of incident as of 4:30 AM CT:
James Boulware is believed to be one of the suspects. Police cannot confirm it at the time, but he has a history of run-ins with the cops and threats against the general public.
Twitter believes it has found the armored van involved in an old eBay auction:

One of the suspects, James Boulware, was arrested in 2013 after his family was reportedly concerned that he would go on a shooting spree. Interesting.
