First off, shocking that this could have happened in Florida. Just shocking.
Secondly, I mean, this has always been a fantasy of mine to kill people who talk and text in theaters, but it's a fricking movie. Actually, its not even that but the fricking previews someone can go home and instantly watch them on YouTube. It's not worth murdering people over.
And finally to the dumbasses who are happy about a guy texting during the fricking previews (ie: who gives a shite time) getting killed, think about if we get a few more of these gun toting retards in the theaters and a few more people are shot and killed. Then going to the movie theater will be like going to the god damn airport, to where my privacy will be invaded and I'm just a regular average American trying to enjoy my day like 99.999% of society. It's just that .001% that's going to frick it up for the rest of us. And once they install metal detectors in every single theater in the US, then you'll know that cinema is pretty much fricked and going to the movies will just merely remind you on how fricked you are by the system instead of going to escape your life into a wonderful new world you've never seen.

now, i completely understand that he has not been convicted yet. by law, he is not a murderer, yet. but that doesnt protect him from public opinion. if we live in a moral and just society then people who use their weapons to wrongfully take the lives of others should be shunned and chastised by the public
