So you partially agree with meauxjeaux on which point? I've only argued with him on those two points. So either you partially agree with one of those points (which would make you a gun-toting idiot), or you shouldn't have mentioned my name in the first place and should stfu.

If someone shot another person in a movie theater over texting, that's really all the evidence I need. And if that person was ex law enforcement, icing on cake.
