Different guy their is a name and picture of new alleged suspect. Apparently first guy had loaned his vehicle to second guy, 1st guy has apparently been to ebrso and cleared his name

Ledlow was in Federal Prison for felon in possession of a firearm. Makes sense, if him, on why he’d try to flee.
