Unless its a pistol ar frame and stock setup its impossible and a 19 near old can not do that per ffl law. If he did put that together thats federal offense and against the law!!!!!!!

Jeez, I just watched a fb video taken from one of the survivors. Literally showed dead bodies. Won't post that here for obvious reasons. But that literally made my stomach turn.

I sure violating FFL regulations was a big concern of the shooter as he proceeded to kill 17 people.
