Do you think they should be continued to be allowed? They give plaintiffs leverage in settlement negotiations to get a greater monetary settlement but they also hide important information from prospective employees and the public at large? I think there is a good argument that they shouldn't be allowed

If two parties agree to a non-disclosure agreement, let them.
