Are you old enough to remember the hail storm that hit the outdoor festival in the DFW area about 25+/- years ago? Baseball sized. No real warning and tons of people without shelter

I turn 36 next week and was living on da Westbank at the time
There was a bad hailstorm maybe 3 years ago that came through Frisco/Plano that left holes in roofs though

I've been directly under golf ball mixing with a few apple(ish) sized stones mixed in. That was the one when I was at work in a building with mechanical skylights. Sounded like an army of people beating the roof with bats. We had a few leaks after that.

Cabot storm trying to turn back into a monster

I guess the largest I've ever seen was around the large gumball size. Which is big enough lol

And we have no Tornado Warnings on the board.

I think I may need to put a four syllable max limit on you.

They warned it right after you typed that.

Why? If some syllables are good, more are obviously better.

If you look at the bottom right of the severe T storm polygon inside the tornado polygon, the top of the little triangle on the right is about where my grandparents live.
My uncle lives about 8-10 miles north of them

Hail in that des arc storm is something serious

The good news is that the rotation isn't that impressive right now.

HRRR showing some rough stuff pushing through BR on tuesday and wednesday
Posted on 4/11/22 at 10:35 pm to DVinBR
Tomorrow there's a secondary disturbance coming out of Texas that will bring some rough weather into Louisiana. Low level shear is meh, so probably more of a wind and hail threat. Could surprise some folks since it's not getting much attention, since the weather world is all about the Plains tomorrow.
They should chase Iowa.
The Wednesday threat obviously has legs too, but I haven't really dug in that deep on Wednesday yet.
