Which part? The snorting is no joke. You will mentally, physically and emotionally feel like your brain is frying. It's so harsh that videos of this are rare. But your cavities will imediately open and began to ooz thick green mucus.

A new weapon in my cold arsenal is Arm and Hammer aresosol can of saline solution. It is designed to squirt in your nose. A good snort of that in each nostril will open them up and let you get junk out.
Safer than snorting anything with LA tap water in it, unless you are immune from brain eating amoeba.

If these various nasal sprays help, by all means use them but the acv is the only thing thats works for everyone every time. Im being totally honest and serious here but I dream of seeing someone else do that shite

That's water in any place south of Tennessee, not just Louisiana. If you use the Nettipot just use distilled water and heat it in the microwave with the saline solution. Basically the same thing.
