Go read greyskull lp or wendler 5/3/1 and follow the program. I suggest greyskull and hit the daily frequency work religiously. You would be much better off doing that then what you are doing. Bith books are on scribd along with others v from these guys.

For fast loss keep it simple. Use the iifym calc to figure calories. Use my fitness pal and split that over 3 meals. Eat the 3 meals in an 8 hour window so noon to 8pm is common.

While in the fasted state move around alot. I suggest an hour on walking each morning shooting for 360 min total in a week and 10000 steps pet day.

Keep it simple

Lift heavy focusing on the compound movements and bodyweight movements trying to get stronger each session.

Be active while in a fasted state

Be diligent on the diet and track everything.

Get 6 to 8 hours sleep. Not that complicated.

This guy on my Facebook always posts videos. When he does a snatch, he allows the barbell and his arms to go behind the head when he lifts it over his head. Is that safe?

It all depends on what you're trying to achieve. Workouts should be very individualized for each person. What works for me won't necessarily work for you and vice versa. Research some programs that cater to what you want to get out of it, size, strength, lean out, cardiovascular fitness, etc. keep at it though. At least you're doing something and that's half the battle

Why not? Wouldn't that increase calories burned during rest (not to mention calories burned while lifting)?

Burning extra calories will not promote muscle protein synthesis. Burning extra calories will put the body in a more suitable environment to burn through fat storages.
