Also. Pick up an Enduro bike and go do some adventure riding out in the woods somewhere. Very therapeutic.

You need to make yourself get out and get around people.

Even if you're miserable while out.

It will dissipate in time, probably a few months to get to the point where you don't feel like crying (or whatever emotions you're going through) all the time.
