They've done studies that show your brain releases dopamine everytime you see that you have a social media notification. If you're good-looking, more notifications which means more dopamine/affirmation that they're pretty.

Society makes something seem important...then people react to that thing which seems important when it directly effects them. SHOCKER.

Are you trying to say taking selfies has been encoded into the human DNA?

A woman can be both attractive and still have very low self esteem.

You are correct.

This can come in the form of an extremely attractive and sexual woman who suffered early childhood abuse... ...and this is a package you usually won't see coming... and you'd better pray you don't end up in a scuffle with one of these. And may God have mercy upon your cursed soul if you happen to procreate with one.

One of the biggest problems is disorders they've acquired usually won't fully surface until approach their 30's and after. THEN, the real bitch is that they even when in counseling, they learn they are messed up and are told this is why they have bouts of hysteria, rage, and neurotic behavior... they refuse to accept treatment because despite the low self-esteem, the narcissistic supply they've learned to successfully "acquire" using their looks, just feels too good to their twisted egos to let go of. So they go through life getting everything they want and wreak general havoc everywhere they go. And they just don't give a sh#t.

If they were average or homely, they would surely want to "heal" and improve themselves... but not if they are "smoking hot". There's no end to the supply that will gladly cater to their desires. Facebook has become a narcissism breeding ground, feed hole, watering oasis, and mining excavation all wrapped in one for them.

No, but it's instant gratification.

Competition among females is high and cutthroat. Sometimes attractive girls can be the most insecure.

Selfies and other type of social media gratification are the vending machines of the social world.

U think that's bad, while in Aruba, the Eurotrash were still using selfie sticks. LOLOLOL

If you think Euros are bad, Asians take it to another level completely. I've seen multiple people in the same group taking pictures of their group with a selfie stick at the same time. Japanese tourists and selfie sticks are easily number one from my experience.

we see guys taking selfies with each other at bars, games and other events. What are they trying to prove and what's their reasoning?
Taking a pic of yourself and friends at a bar, sporting event, or cool scenery isn't the same as snapping a pic of just yourself in the car or kitchen.

One is to show others, "Hey, me and my boys are at the game."

The other is to show, "Look how pretty I am. Please compliment me."

True, true.

Like most things in life, its about striking a healthy balance. I dont know many "daddys little princesses" but Ive heard about them from others and that they always compare their SO to their own fathers and can never measure up. Ive also heard they can develop a confused sexual attraction to their fathers. Weird shite.
