The title is signed by the company. Showing that they sold the truck to me. Title, and bill of sale are all signed by the company. I just have to go to the DMV and get the title switched over in my name.
You should have done this the first day the title arrived. If you have a title in your name they can't tow your truck.

I emailed said bitch and she is stating that they are unaware of any repossession action being taken.
Why are you calling a girl slurs who is just trying to do her job?
Same with the repo man.
They are just trying to earn a living.
Go get the title in YOUR name if you really are entitled to it.
It sounds like a clerical error where they accidentally sent you the title and you know it so you are purposefully not getting a new title in your name to avoid prosecution.
Just playing dumb and driving a free truck.

Went to the DMV today to get the title in my name.
Name calling is absolutely necessary.

Translation:
I maxed out the tax withholding on my Burger King paycheck so that I could buy a truck with my tax refund as a down payment. The "weekly" was $89.00 but that did not include the rims upgrade package. I got shitcanned in June so I stashed the truck to hide it from the repo man at Fast Willie's Car Lot.
