bought a couple of tickets at a gas station here in MS and asked the guy.. " do people really not even scratch it off and just go ahead and scan it?"
the guy at the counter said " Yeah a lot of people can't read the cards to figure out it they have won >"
if you're that stupid, you can't match 2 numbers together.... I actually feel sorry for you .
