Its unfortunate that we feel that if girls or women don't 'comply' we must force them to comply.
Don't try to make this a feminist issue. It's not. At all.

school and sassy black girls disrupting the class left when asked.
It's a shame the only way this cop knew how to handle one who didn't know how to was aggresively flip her desk over and throw her around like a ragdoll.

It's a shame that this girl didn't comply with her teacher, the school admin and the officer.

"Suffer" because she is browsing the net?
I posted a screenshot of one of the girl's classmates who straight up said most of the class didn't even know what she was doing, but the posters here are more concerned about his misspelling of a word. The girl was obviously on top of her desk hooting and hollering and disrupting the bright young students who were there to educate themselves. Shame on this hoodrat for disturbing that!

Wait...
I'm not putting this into the Clockmed scam.
This girl is brilliant. Be defiant to the point where a cop is needed. Continue defiance until physicality ensues. Claim soft tissue injuries (she has already). Sue. Get big pay check. Skip school for life.
I expect more and more of this to happen when other see the dollar signs. Clockmed was an innovator.
It's brilliant.

It is. She's quite the brat and obviously doesn't respect her elders or authority. You won't get me to say I agree with flipping her desk on her back and dragging her out by her hair though.

The hoodrat, as you called her, should be allowed to do whatever she wants. That's exactly how life works.

The Principal, VP, the school disciplinarian, and teacher all deserve some blame for not being able to handle 1 student themselves without having to call the officer in.

Gee, a stupid teenage kid being a brat vs a full grown man that should know better than to fling her across the room and you wonder why people are more concerned by the adult's actions?
I guess she can punch the officer also.

Say she was just browsing her phone and the teacher asked her stop and pay attention to the classroom activity (really reasonable request BTW). Where the issues begin is when she refuses the teacher, then refused to comply with the Principal, AND THEN refused to comply with the Officer they had to bring in because she didn't comply with anyone before that.
All of that is far more a disruption then just simply putting the phone down when the teacher asked her to do so. They are disruptions SHE is creating. So yes, shame on her for not following some pretty basic directions that resulted in a huge disruption for her fellow students.

You seem to believe that's the only way to handle non compliant girls is by some force.
Again .She was far less disruptive by browsing the internet than the administratiors who felt physical force was the only option here.
It wasn't.
I gave you a far less disruptive & non physical alternative.
Handle it after class & suspend her for disruption & insubordination.
Browse on your phone at home sweetheart ,but not my classroom. Let her parents discipline her.
Cop should have never been called for this.

When you come up with a solution that isn't an 8 hours later solution and dependent on a sudden, miraculous compliance by the student then we can talk about expectations of student behavior and response.

I figured as much that the other students never even noticed she was on the phone until the Teacher pointed it out.
I doubt if the other students were being ' disturbed' by this girl.
1)Alert the Principal as a witness & handle it after class if she refuses to put it away with suspension for insubordination.
2)Don't allow her to bring it back in class in the future or she shall be suspended/ expelled again.
Let her parents handle her at home & she shall have plenty of time to browse the net there.

Stop your bullshite. There's no evidence that school administrators wanted physical force used.
Your inability to care about the other students in the class is telling.
You've never been punched squarely in the nose have you?

No factual evidence to support that she ever laid hands on the officer.

Bull. shite. There will plenty of shite kids in high school, of all races. Not all the white kids were the little angels you so foolishly think they were.

I agree with this 10000%. Everyone is so quick to jump on the cop for his albeit excessive use of force. But no one wants to look at why he was called to the classroom. He wasn't just lollygagging down the hallway and stumbled into this girl's class. No, he was called there for a reason.
My issue is her incredible lack of respect for any of the authority figures, including her classmates. A simple "yes ma'am" when asked to pick up your phone would have ended it right there.
