Really great guy, former all american linebacker at A&M, and currently a trainer in houston. He trained me and a ton of other people, poor guy and his wife were shot by their son this morning. The wife is dead, and he's in critical condition and Im reading conflicting reports he's dead. He was a good friend and trained me for a long time here in houston. Sad to see a black guy who was great in the community taken early like this if true. He was definitely a role model citizen

yea really sad, cant imagine the kids motive, he was a really good dad. Coached youth football teams, was a pastor, owned a training studio, owned a smoothie place. He is what every young black male should strive to be, so sad to see stuff like this for sure.

Tragic for sure. But here are times when families appear perfect and are broken inside.

Honestly its possible, but just having known the guy a long time I just really cant see that being the case here, but who knows.. One of the links I read online said something about an argument stemming over the kid having his car taken away while being grounded. If thats the case, wow wow wow. I hope thats not true.
