Well that's a pretty gross meal but everyone eats some junk food every once in a while.

My wife gained weight during pregnancy. She's always been a size 0 or a 2. She carried the weight for a while since she's not one to really ever exercise. She wasn't fat, but not as skinny as she was obviously. But I'll be damned, that woman consistently loses weight (albeit slowly) while eating junk food and doing nothing. She eats ice cream every night and probably eats fast food for lunch every day. But every time the seasons change, she has to buy new clothes because last years don't fit (and trust me, I make her prove it since she's always having to buy shite). I blame her because if she'd put any type of effort into it, she'd be tiny. But there's also some jealousy there that she loses weight without trying.
