I bought one thinking that my 10 years of motocross would help. Drove very cautiously like a granny and still rolled up on a sharp turn I didn’t expect going barely to fast, bounced the curb and launch me on a fairly comfortable headfirst landing in a 50-60 degree angled ditch, so I kinda slowly skidded to a halt. No broken bones, thank god. Got up cranked her up and drove home.

Tl:dr I have a motorcycle for sale

I still vacation to the desert and love to ride dirt bikes. Never will I ever drive a motorcycle on the road. Seen way too many accidents where the car won and the motorcycle lost.

Ask an EMS paramedic, traffic officer, etc to look back on their first in service call to an incident involving a motorcycle. If they said they could stomach it that is a rare breed. I know my first in service call I got sick to my stomach. After that you get use to it.

Was he wearing BACA cut?

If it was Darth that got killed, he won’t stop talking about it in the Lumch thread.

Years ago I bought a Bridgestone 250. It was delivered to the house. When I got home I cranked it up and headed out down my quiet residential street. It was great feeling the wind in my hair, my open shirt blowing. I looked down and was going 20 MPH. I turned around and went home. Sold it the next day.

I feel ya.

On the basin bridge at the pilot channel overpass and passed a dead biker who’d been stupid as well. That shite hangs with ya.

Prayers to him nonetheless.

I'm not as smart as most folks that post on here. Can you explain what your comment means? I get the feeling it was meant to be dramatic, but I just don't get it.

I think she's saying the wind blowing up her shorts into her vagina felt good, until she saw she's only going 20 miles per hour and got scared.

You hit the curb going barely too fast? Sounds like you steered with your turn instead of counter steering and leaning the bike. I ride curves 15-20 above the speed limit with ease and I've been riding for less than 2 years. Much different than a dirt bike

I was in an accident yesterday.

Every few minutes I relive the whole thing.

Turn page
I still can see the various scenes in which I saw people die or accidents I was in.

Back to page 1
I hope the constant reliving of yesterday ceases soon.

I spend a lot of time on the roads and have witnessed several bad accidents and always stopped to check on folks involved, few years ago I came upon two bad ones real close together, one of which I had pull a 3 yr old lifeless girl off the floor board after her drugged up dad passed out and ran head on into a oncoming car. EMT's were there quick and they airlifed her to trauma but she didn't make it, emt's said she broke her neck and died on impact. That shite screwed me up for a while, detectives called me in for a interview and they brought charges against the guy but he was already arrested and doing a long term for another crime and would probably never go to court for the wreck. Now a days if there are others to check on folks before emergency personal get there I don't stop, have a BIL that's an EMT in San Antonio, I don't know how they go about their lives seeing the stuff they do.
