I kilt my riding mower cause it was too easy.

Now it’s a manual push mower for the good exercise it provides my wife.

Good thing my grass is still dormant because it’s way too wet to put the mower on it.

I prefer to mow my henbit, clover, and chickweed later in the morning after the dew has lifted.

First cut was last weekend. HS baseball today but will cut my weed/grass blend and trim/round off the shrubs tomorrow. Clear, low humidity, mid 60s highs......almost heaven.

Just picked my shite up from Randy down at the hardware store. Got the carbs cleaned and blades sharpened. Might make a few qualifying laps in the back shortly.

They made us memorize all the parishes and parish seats when I was in school.
Can’t remember half of them now.

I started at 6:30 when I felt I had enough light. Had a neighbor come out and give me
a look of disgust but I’m glad to be done. I like getting it out of the way early. People should be up by then anyway eating breakfast.

I cut yesterday. I was off my game after the long off season. Just noticed I missed a section with the weed eater so I’m about to get back out there.

I never understood this. I used to cut grass for a company. I’d always want my mower man to cut first and get as much as he could so I would have less to weed eat. Just seemed to me like that mower would cover so much more area. Of course the lazy shite would never dip in between bushes and only wanted to cut in a giant square so I had to get everything he missed.
