Actually, the Justice Department told the family he didn’t follow protocol but didn’t meet criminal definition

Actually a good way to describe it. I thought he acted overly aggressive but not necessarily criminal.

The ignorance seen here is probably the reason why the video wasn't released in the first place.
"Cop was too mean" motherfricker was armed and had been threatening to shoot someone then was resisting/not complying when they were trying to disarm him.
Maybe you need to be on the aggressive side in a situation like that even if it looks ugly and mean to those sitting on their fat asses at home watching on their fricking smartphone eating Cheetos.
End of fricking story to anyone with a brain.

That's my point. Salamoni isn't in this position if AS doesn't illegally carry a firearm, threaten someone with said firearm and then not comply with law enforcement trying to lawfully remove the illegal firearm. While Salamoni could have handled things differently, he was responding to a call of someone threatening a person with a firearm and there was ultimately 1 wrong that was done here. If I had threatened someone with a firearm and saw the police show up I wouldn't expect them to be very cordial.

I don’t see why to doubt their info they were told. It makes sense and was basically what was said in Justice Department speech.

My dad was BRFD for 30+ years
Some of the stuff he’s told me that they came across is unbelievable
Friend of mine that’s Dad was also BRFD said he wouldn’t talk about work at all
Anyone who works in law enforcement or is a first responder in NBR gets my utmost respect
Until you have been in the situation that they are put in you have no place to judge

Jesus every damn lawyer or person in law enforcement knows that Salamoni is loose cannon POS. This is one of many incidents, Lake was even scared of him.
