Has anyone mentioned how Alton actually said in the middle of the scuffle he told the officers, I have a Gun..or something like that..seemed like just hey, i have a gun just to let them know he had it..that's what it sounded like to me...anybody else pick it up?

Saint Alton at it again, pleasantly warning the policemen about his firearm in his pocket that he just threatened someone with....while resisting arrest.

You dont read. I said the shooting was justified. Im not arguing that the cops should havr been charged. I was only arguing that Salamoni was justified in being fired.

The laundry list of crimes he’s committed is unreal yet people still want to take Alton’s Side. The video may not look great for Salamoni, but when you go to a call for someone like him and most likely recognize the guy you’ve locked up numerous times that’s known for resisting arrest, who is illegally carrying a gun, reaching for a gun while he’s high as a kite...come on. Eventually you have to think one of these days these thugs will kill you when you see it weekly.

The officers have a chance to appeal the rulings.
Then most people would assume they will file a suit against the BRPD and probably get a settlement.

Someone should calculate all the money that tax payers had already spent on AS and then pro rate how much more would have been spent on his incarcerations. We should just give that money to Salamoni as thank you for ending the cycle early

I have not seen one person here taking Sterling’s side. What I see are many people saying that the officers firing was justified because of how he rolled up on the situation. Telling the other officers who wanted to check on him to “F it, let him be” sealed his fate, if it was not sealed already.

This thread have given us some serious whoppers for sure.
- Alton was just nicely letting the cops know he had a gun, to protect them from accidentally getting hurt
- Alton only pulled a gun on the homeless guy to protect the other gas station patrons from being bothered. He had no intention of using his gun.
-Alton was just selling CD’s and nothing more. The wads of cash in his pocket were from selling bootleg copies of an outdated technology.

bullshite. Rolling up on the situation when the guy was not being combative and then threatening to blow his brains out is what the problem was that led to the firing. Also what he told the other offices to do when they wanted to see if he was alive.
