There are literally 2 people within feet of Sterling when Officer Lake walks up. As in 2 feet away.

No I'm not back tracking I'm stating facts. If you look at the surveillance video there are two women, not 1 man, and a person with a passenger door to a vehicle open so you can assume another in the driver's side. So there are at least 4 present besides what you can't see off camera contrary to what you said of 1 person being there.
