When he did that live at Bayou Fest the place was silent and laser focused on him on stage. Was very emotional and cool moment as he was visibly crying(most fans know the source /backstory).
For me it's easy/hard. Whatever. You know what I mean.

That is my number 2 only because he died 21 yrs ago. Reminds me of a childhood through hs friend who died in 95. I still run to it. we were cross country teammates. He didn't want to run but coach had heard about his sub 5min miles from Jr high and a few of us convinced him to go out sophomore year. He went on to be 2 time 4A state cc champ(as a sophomore and sr).

"I'm not Gonna miss you". Glen Campbell for the win. A country legend sings to his wife right before Alzheimer's takes him.

Joey and Rory's song definitively gets to me. For her to record a song about dying and leaving her husband and then to be diagnosed with terminal cancer just 2-3 years later is heartbreaking. Such an unbelievable coincidence.
They are just such a wonderful and loving couple. I have been keeping up with their blog and in it Rory writes so beautifully about Joey and how much he loves her.
Rory's blog in case you are interested. LINK
