I know someone that uses their schedule from the mid 1990’s for their young kids (the current schedule has 4-5x the number of vaccines). This seems appropriate and avoids things like the Hep B vaccine, which is completely unnecessary for an infant. They also ask the pediatrician to break the shots up, getting individual shots over a slightly longer period rather than giving the child a quadrivalent with unnecessary vaccines mixed in. Their pediatrician is fine with that regimen.

Or where they kids of illegal aliens from some third-world shithole where vaccines have never been a thing?

Seeing that the mothers haven been vaccinated either, and the anti-vax movement hasn’t really been a thing in the US long enough for there to be women of child-bearing age, not to mention the number of illegals in the US dwarfs the number of anti-vaxxers, I’d say odd are very high these were the kids of illegals.
