That was Baker in 1946, so a Nagasaki class atomic bomb around 20 kilotons. If the Russkies can get a 300 foot tsunami out of a 2 megaton H bomb, that’s pretty impressive. Tsar Bomba had 30x the yield.

Why would they send it across the Atlantic Ocean when Russia has a coast along the Pacific Ocean, as well? They can just as easily hit the West Coast of the United States.
