I don’t see how he could possibly be charged for murder. He could get charged with whatever Robert Durst got charged with when he disposed of his neighbor’s corpse, but that’s about the extent of it, I would think.

To be fair that wasn’t entirely Marty’s fault. The other guy lied about his wrestling experience and then the fricked yo when Marty hit him with that move. Dude jumped up when he should have just fallen face down.
