Yea it's all public record you can find at the clerks office or tax assessor.

We also start managing houses before they actually go to sheriff sale. Once someone falls far enough behind on their mortgage and moves out the bank has a contractual right to start doing preventative maintenance on that home even though they don't technically own it. That info is private up until anything is filed at the clerk of courts.

There are nice houses on College going towards West Bayou. Lot of old folks live there. Nice big, old houses.

How old is RR? It looks young, and I would say the nicest 21st century new development in all of Louisiana. I was wowed.

Uh, no dude it looks like crap. It's artificially overcrowded and is a fire trap.

Not to mention that shite is the reason the speed limit is 35mph on Camellia Boulevard.

The same people are also responsible for this Sugar Mudhole Pound shite they're building out here in Youngsville.

No such thing really unless you watch the legal news to see who is being foreclosed on and what houses are coming up for sheriff auction.

That's how I used to find the flips I buy.

Now I sort of have an inside track.

Just telling it like it is. RR is overpriced and overcrowded. If you want to nice home just go down the road to East Bayou there you can get a nice home that actually has a lawn.

Yeah, I wanted that internal list. I don't really care about the who as much as I wanted to have an idea of what was coming on to the market and for how much. I've signed up for the email about the Sheriff's Sale, though.

What if your kids are grown and out the house and you don't want a lawn to maintain?

Some people don't want a yard though. A lot of older people live in RR for the luxury/convenience of everything. I wouldn't want to live there because I do enjoy having a yard and things like that. When I'm old? Maybe I would want something more like that

That is a nice area back there. It doesn't seem that big from West Bayou but those roads running off West Bayou away from Red's go on for days. That's a sneakily large area of the city.

ETA: and that little street behind the brick wall off West Bayou heading towards South college right by the curve in the road and the boat launch is probably the nicest collection of houses in the city.

If I had a full internal list I would give it to you but we have been so busy in LC that I quit sending people to Laffy so it's been about 2 months since I had any sort of list.

I understand. I'm still way early in the process. When I get closer to making any kind of decision, I may hit you up to see if you can point me in the right direction. If not, no big deal

For myself. My mom is looking for another rental, but I dunno if a McMansion is one she'd be interested in owning to rent.

Then you pay somebody to maintain it for you. There's all kinds of lawn services and landscapers here.
