So a bullet was only inches away from killing a black man? Boy would we have been in a different place today had that happened

So everyone involved in this besides Kyle is a convicted felon? And all of them were out there spouting liberal bullshite?

Yeah, but Kyle smoked cigarettes and was a coward because he didn’t street fight an angry mob of felons

50 bux says the state has known who this guy is from early on. He wouldn't help their case, just like executing the arrant on Unicep's phone or bringing the skateboard into evidence, so they ignored him.

eta-I see now he contacted the DA's office wanting charges against him dropped and they refused.

Just as I thought. If jump kick man wasn't a criminal on probation or had active warrants, he would have been blasted all over the news telling his "story".

What a great look and further proof of which group is the real issue in America.

Good luck getting the lemmings to believe that.

Since the state DID know the identity of this guy, and apparently did not pass that info along to the defense, it seems that could create some issues for the state if the jury somehow comes back with a guilty verdict. (I don't think they will)

If they knew his ID and didn’t disclose it, that’s a serious issue. I suspect, if they knew, then they did disclose.

Since the article quotes unnamed sources and doesn’t ID the man, it’s hard to know.

According to online court records, Jump Kick Man has a criminal record that dates back more than two decades, with multiple felony convictions for car theft, ID theft, drug possession, and escaping custody. Given this and a recent prior conviction for misdemeanor battery (and a subsequent probation revocation), Jump Kick Man should have been sentenced to at least some jail time following his most recent conviction.

In other words, a typical democrat voter

"The Dan O'Donnell Show" is not naming Jump Kick Man, as he has not been criminally charged in connection with the Rittenhouse case. Sources indicate that he contacted prosecutors and offered to testify, but in exchange requested immunity from an ongoing drunk driving and domestic abuse case with which he was charged in June. Prosecutors declined his offer and chose not to call him as a witness in the Rittenhouse case.

Seems to me that would give the judge the justification to declare a mistrial with prejudice and set Rittenhouse free

I have a lower opinion of the Kenosha DA's office than you do.
