I do think it would be kind of hilarious if a faked study was released "Negative Correlation between Penile Size and Mass Violence" Just get it out there in the ether that science shows that every single person who committed one of these mass shootings was hung like a hamster-- not saying it'd work but some of these guys might think twice if they knew everyone would assume they were stacked like a toddler if they went out like this-- I mean if you are looking to go out and show the world you matter, that you're strong and no one should bully you, that women should have never rejected you, etc having everyone assume you're packing a tootsie roll kind of undercuts your motivation in a way that not even say the Death Penalty does.

The Umpqua gunman targeted Christians specifically, according to the father of a wounded student.
After shooting a professor, the gunman asked students one-by-one to stand up, and asked each of them, "Are you a Christian?"
This, according to Anastasia Boylan, 18, who relayed the account to her father and brother before she was taken into surgery.

Its kind of genius-- I mean it attacks the whole reason they do it-- these aren't terrorists with an agenda these are ignored and slighted shut-ins who want to be heard and have the world think they went out as big men.
