The "-" threw me off. Twenty-eight inches is a unusual depth for any wall counter-tops. You'll be better off going to a fabrication shop and see if they have any remnant pieces laying around.

Most of the gold and cream colors you see alot are very inexpensive. Cheap granite is not less durable are of lesser quality it is just more common in nature.
