People fawned over him, they put him on the morning talk shows, he was on CNN,MSNBC,etc. Did those statues get him? Ghosts of those statues? Guy has gone silent.

I was really hoping he'd run for president, win the Democratic nomination, so we can all laugh at him when he doesn't even win his own state in the primaries.

The national folks gave him a quick embrace then recoiled quickly when they realized how dumb he is when you get to have a conversation with him.
His 300th birthday gift to the city was four empty pedestals...as well as the highest sales tax in the country, the highest sewer/water/garbage fees in the country, deficits, broken streets, broken pipes, crime with an undermanned police force, failing schools, rising property tazes, a job market built on bottom level jobs, the highest auto insurance in the country, unfair and corrupt zoning, and a list that could go on forever including being an accessory to murder in high school.
