Generally a bad lower ice maker. The koreans make bad icemakers.

I Know Napoleon is not fond of GE, but my 8 year old GE has only had troubles with the motherboard after a thunderstorm had passed.
Believe it or not, it's still on it's first ice maker, too.
However, I hate the layout of it. It's a side by side, 29 cu. Ft. , but somehow feels the size of a dorm room refrigerator, especially the freezer section.
